Rental Policies
We have established the following rules and regulations for rentals, all of which must be adhered to unless altered in advance by mutual agreement. We depend on your business and look forward to your use of our facility on a continued basis. Therefore, we ask that you not only conform to these policies, but also let
us know how we can better serve you.
Security Deposit
- Chapel Ridge requires a signed Rental Agreement Form and an applicable "Security Deposit" to schedule an event.
- Chapel Ridge will deposit the "Security Deposit" in an escrow account until the completion of the event. The deposit will not be refunded if Chapel Ridge property has been damaged or if appropriate clean up has not been completed. In the event your gathering date has been cancelled after a deposit has been received, it will only be refunded if Chapel Ridge is able to reschedule the date.
- At the time the Responsible Party is provided access to the rental space, a Pre-Inspection Checklist will be used in determining the existing condition of the rental space and associated equipment and fixtures. The Pre-Inspection Checklist will be completed and signed by the Responsible Party and a Chapel Ridge representative. At the conclusion of the rental period, following all required clean-up, the Responsible Party and a Chapel Ridge representative will re-inspect the rental space. They will note all new discrepancies in the material condition of the space, fixtures, and equipment. The Responsible Party will be required to co-sign the Post-Inspection Checklist and is accountable for any damage noted on this report. Direct and indirect costs for additional cleaning and/or repairs will be deducted from the appropriate security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairs and/or labor charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, the difference will be billed to the Responsible Party, with payment due within ten (10) days after the event. The security deposit, less damage expense, will be returned to the Responsible Party within ten (10) days.
Payment
The total invoice, which includes any and all charges is due by the end of the scheduled event. We accept cash, check or charge (Visa/Mastercard/American Express).
