           Hourly Rental = $350 for the first 3 hours; $75 each additional hour
           Friday Rental = $975 for the first 8 hours; $75 each additional hour
           Saturday Rental = $1,650 for the first 8 hours; $75 each additional hour
         * Room rental prices include applicable sales tax.
